great location helpful staff
i booked a king studio and its super clean. it had everything i needed in the kitchen. the location is great to times square. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

the room was well appointed and a decent size. it included a super clean kitchen with everything needed. i slept well on their continental bed. the view from the upper floor was very nice.

the staff were really friendly and helpful. front desk staff made a fuss for our anniversary. luggage storage was convenient and free. they helped quickly and professionally when we had some issues with our room.

Superb Midtown Stay!

This hotel has a fantastic location, very near many attractions. I liked that breakfast had multiple options. The selection of food was excellent! The kitchenette in my room proved very useful, and I appreciated having beautiful views of the city! The subway station is also conveniently accessible. It is just two blocks away.
The refrigerator and dishwasher in my room were out of order for my entire stay. Technical staff tried multiple times to fix it, but they were unsuccessful. Poor service. There was no interest in helping me with a new room.

Fantastic stay with city views
breakfast option friendly staff
The breakfast had many good options. The location is great. It's a short walk to Central Park and Times Square. Our room had a nice view from the high floor. The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations.
The elevators were sometimes slow. I waited a bit during peak hours. It was a minor inconvenience but something to consider during busy times. Hopefully, they address this to improve the experience.

Really good Stay High Above the City

The front desk staff was helpful. I booked online for the best price. I then got a choice of rooms and floors. The room included modern decor. It offered fantastic views. The lobby also had good security.
The elevators are a bit slow at times.

The hotel is near Central Park and Broadway theaters. Housekeeping cleaned rooms daily, showing excellent attention to detail. Breakfast had many options and the staff provided really good service. The front desk staff were also excellent, very helpful and efficient.
The room had a small bathroom and wardrobe arrangement.
